CLIENT EXPERIENCE

PLNK’s Client Experience Team is looking for customer service oriented, friendly, organized and independent workers to join our front desk staff. We offer paid shifts and trade shifts for our front desk staff.

The front desk support is the front line of studio customer service and client relations in order to provide PLNK clients a superior experience.

Basically, you are the face of PLNK!

Assisting clients and making sure the studio stays pretty.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes all clients in to the studio

  • Provides studio orientation for new clients and makes the introduction to instructor

  • Checks-in clients for class and assists with purchasing classes, memberships, etc.

  • Restocks supplies, clothing and accessories 

  • Maintains a clean studio (including laundering towels)

  • Maintains knowledge of studio events, promotions, and apparel

  • Communicates with studio manager of any studio issues
