PLNK Instructors are enthusiastic, committed, and passionate humans involved in the fitness community. Our instructors lead clients through 50 minutes of high intensity, low impact exercises utilizing the Lagree method.

Instructors are team players, love Lagree, and work with integrity.

Basically, you bring PLNK to the people!

Teaching kick-ass classes and having fun doing it.

Responsibilities:

• Teaches the very best class. Every class.

• Builds a positive community within the studio and their own classes! This includes engaging with clients in-studio, via text/email, and social media.

• Continues to expand their knowledge of Lagree and creates personalized routines

• Teaches a minimum of 3 classes/week

• Maintains an organized studio during shifts

• Attends staff meetings on Sundays every other month

Training:

• PLNK will train all hired instructors in the method and how to teach an effective class.

• Official training is 2 - 5 days and takes place at the PLNK studio in St. Louis.

• PLNK covers all training fees, including lodging.

• There will be additional observation hours, mock classes, etc. in your home studio prior to being cleared for teaching.
