Client Experience manager

PLNK is looking for a Client Experience Manager (CEM) who is passionate about PLNK, the brand and their local fitness community. The CEM will report to the Director of Operations to manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the PLNK studio including client experience teams, studio specific ordering and studio maintenance.

Basically, you help keep PLNK running!

Responsibilities:

  • Has a physical presence at all studios in order to keep up with clients, instructors, and studio employees and teaches classes on a weekly basis.

  • Coordinates all front desk and kid’s room staff, including managing the schedule and ensuring coverage throughout the week. The CEM recruits and trains all new employees for front desk and kid’s room positions.

  • The CEM is responsible for the day to day upkeep of the studio, including coordinating periodic maintenance and cleaning tasks.

  • Is responsible for running bi-weekly payroll and commission reports for all client experience team employees

  • Manages all studio emails and responds to each in a timely and professional manner.

  • Is responsible for the management of PLNK classes and clients’ accounts.

  • The CEM will coordinate with the Director of Operations on our client acquisition and retention systems. The CEM will be trained in retention touchpoints, sales funnels, and will focus on retaining new clients, memberships, and lost clients. The CEM will work with the DO on a weekly basis regarding retention benchmark numbers and membership numbers as well as updating and managing client accounts.

  • Is responsible for ordering all studio supplies.

  • Is responsible for identifying and implementing marketing and advertising needs of the studio including internal and community collaborations.

  • Coordinates events to increase PLNK’s presence in the health and fitness community in their city. This includes identifying community events which PLNK can attend as a vendor, identifying clubs/groups of people to host for private classes, and collaborating with local vendors for in-studio pop-up events.

  • Monitors influencers in the local area and assists in coordinating onboarding of PLNK influencers.
